IFM-Projects B.V. processes only the information needed to handle questions and contact requests. The website does not use advertising cookies or analytics profiles.

Who is responsible?

IFM-Projects B.V. is responsible for processing personal data through this website.

What information does the website process?

A contact enquiry may involve storing your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, subject, message, requested quantity and any other information you provide. The web server may also record technical logs, such as your IP address, the time, the requested page and browser information. This technical information is needed for security, troubleshooting and availability.

Contact by email

When you send an email to info@ifm-projects.eu, IFM-Projects B.V. processes the information you provide in that message to answer your question, handle an enquiry or fulfil agreements.

Purpose and legal basis

Your information is used to handle the request you initiate, contact you, prepare a quotation or delivery, and prevent misuse of the website. The form asks for your consent to this processing in advance. If an enquiry leads to an agreement, information may also be needed to perform that agreement and meet statutory record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and external content

The public part of this website does not set cookies or load external fonts, advertisements, video players or analytics tools. Only the restricted administration area uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie to keep the administrator signed in.

Retention and security

A standalone enquiry is deleted when it is no longer needed and no later than after 24 months, unless it leads to an agreement or longer retention is legally required. Records relating to a business transaction are retained for the applicable statutory retention period. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect the information.

Recipients and storage

Information is stored in IFM-Projects B.V.'s secure website environment and is accessible only to authorised administrators. The selected email provider may act as a processor for the delivery of email notifications. Information is not sold.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to a processing operation, ask for it to be restricted, and ask to receive your data in a common file format or to have it passed on. Please contact us at info@ifm-projects.eu.

Where we have asked for your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before then.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the supervisory authority in the Netherlands.
