These terms concern the use of this website. Separate arrangements apply to an assignment, recorded in writing for each assignment.

Who provides this site

This website is provided by IFM-Projects B.V. Questions may be sent to info@ifm-projects.eu.

Use of the website

You are free to consult this site. What is not allowed: attempting to enter protected areas, overloading or disrupting the site, and harvesting data automatically in a way that hinders its operation.

The contact form

You can leave a message through the form on the homepage. We use what you fill in to answer your question; how we handle it is set out in the privacy notice. Do not fill in other people's details or confidential documents; send those only after consultation, by an agreed route.

A message through the form is a question, not an agreement. An assignment only comes about once it has been confirmed in writing by both parties.

Information on this site

We compose these texts with care. Even so, information can become outdated or incomplete, and descriptions of products and working methods may change. You can therefore derive no rights from the content of this site.

Trade marks and copyright

The texts, images, design and software on this site belong to IFM-Projects B.V. or to third parties who have given permission for them. You may reproduce material with attribution and a link; reuse for commercial purposes requires prior permission. Other parties' trade marks remain theirs.

Links to other websites

This site contains links to websites of others. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for what appears or happens there.

Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website, from its temporary unavailability, or from decisions you take on the basis of the information here. That exclusion does not apply to damage caused by intent or deliberate recklessness on our part; nor can that be excluded.

Assignments

This page does not govern the delivery of services or products. What applies to an assignment — scope, rates, timescales, confidentiality, ownership of what is delivered and liability — we record in writing for each assignment before the work begins.

Changes, law and complaints

We may amend these terms; the date at the bottom of this page shows when that last happened. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you have a complaint about this site or about how we work, please tell us first at info@ifm-projects.eu. If we cannot resolve it together, the court in The Hague has jurisdiction. If it concerns your personal data, you can also turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
